Bitzaro is a digital finance platform that connects stablecoins to everyday money. One account gives you a wallet for holding, sending and receiving crypto, a card for spending it in the real world, and business tools for invoicing, collection and payouts.
Download the Bitzaro Wallet app or open wallet.bitzaro.com, sign up with your email address, and confirm the one-time code we send you. Set up two-factor authentication, then complete identity verification to unlock deposits, withdrawals and the card.
The Wallet is your account: it holds your balances, moves funds across networks and keeps your transaction history. The Card is a spending tool attached to that account, converting your balance to dollars at the moment you pay. You need a Wallet first; the Card is requested from inside it.
Start a chat from the button on this page, or email support@bitzaro.com. Include your account email and, where relevant, the transaction reference so the team can look it up straight away.
Bitzaro works with regulated partners for card issuance, identity verification and blockchain analytics. Incoming funds are screened before they settle, customers are verified before they transact, and card services operate under licence with the card network.
For Invoice, WAAS Lite, WAAS or Payroll, contact the team through the chat on this page or email support@bitzaro.com with your company name, what you want to collect or pay out, and the countries involved. A short call covers setup and the controls your business needs.
Invoice is for billing a named customer: you create an invoice with an amount and due date, and share a payment link. WAAS Lite is for merchants collecting on an ongoing basis: you create payment orders, pool funds and track every transaction from a console. Both settle in USDT into the same account.
The Wallet supports USDT and USDC as its core stablecoins, plus the native assets of the networks it runs on. You hold one balance and choose which network to use when you send or receive.
Open the Wallet, tap Receive, pick the asset and the network, then share the address or QR code with the sender. Always match the network on both sides. Deposits appear once they have enough confirmations and have passed a fraud check.
Tap Send, choose the asset and network, paste the destination address and enter the amount. Check the address and network carefully, confirm the fee shown, and approve with your 2FA. Large withdrawals may need an extra approval step.
Use the buy option in the Wallet to purchase stablecoins with a supported payment method. Availability depends on your country and verification tier, and the amount you receive is confirmed before you complete the purchase.
Most delays come down to network confirmations, a mismatched network, or a fraud screening hold. Check the transaction on the block explorer first. If it is confirmed on the correct network and still not credited after a reasonable wait, send the transaction hash to support.
You sign in with your email and a one-time code, backed by two-factor authentication, so there is no seed phrase to lose. Keys are held and protected by Bitzaro, incoming funds are screened, and large withdrawals require additional approval.
Sending on any supported network costs a network fee, and Bitzaro charges that fee in USDT rather than the chain's native gas token. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm, so there is nothing to buy or hold in advance.
If the app will not load, is stuck, or shows an out-of-date balance, first update to the latest version, check your connection, then sign out and back in. If a specific action keeps failing, note the time and any error message and send it to support.
Your stablecoin balance is converted to local currency at the point of spending on the Bitzaro Card, at the rate applying when the payment is authorised. The converted amount and any applicable fee appear in your transaction history.
The Bitzaro Card is a card connected to your Wallet that lets you spend your crypto balance anywhere cards are accepted, online and in store. Your balance converts to dollars at the moment you pay, so there is nothing to move beforehand.
Open the Card tab in the Wallet and apply. You need a verified account, so complete identity verification first. The virtual card is issued once your application is approved; a physical card can be ordered for delivery.
The virtual card is free to open, issued instantly in the app and ready for online checkout and your phone wallet. The physical card carries a one-time issuance fee and adds contactless payments in store and ATM withdrawals. Neither has a monthly fee.
Virtual cards are active as soon as they are issued. For a physical card, open the Card tab when it arrives and activate it using the details requested, then set your PIN before first use.
The card spends from your Bitzaro balance. Top up by moving funds to the card balance in the app; the amount is available immediately and shows in the Card tab.
Anywhere the card network is accepted: online checkout, in-store terminals with the physical card or your phone wallet, and ATMs for cash withdrawals. Coverage spans over 100 countries.
Add the card to Google Pay from the Card tab or directly in the Google Wallet app using your card details. Once added, you can tap to pay in store with your phone without carrying the physical card.
The card works internationally wherever the network is accepted. Payments in another currency are converted at the applicable rate, and any cross-border or ATM charges are shown in your transaction history.
Share your referral link from the app. When a friend signs up, verifies and completes their first top up, the reward is credited in crypto to both of you. Reward amounts follow the tier you are currently on.
The virtual card is free to open, the physical card carries a one-time issuance fee, and neither has a monthly fee. Spending, withdrawal and top-up limits depend on your verification tier and are shown in the app. ATM and currency-conversion charges apply where relevant.
Open the Card tab and use the freeze control. Freezing blocks new payments instantly and can be reversed at any time, so it is the fastest response if you misplace your card. If it is lost for good, cancel it and order a replacement.
Cancel from the Card tab in the app. Move any remaining card balance back to your Wallet first, and cancel or move any merchant subscriptions billed to the card before you close it, as cancellation cannot be undone.
Each payment shows as an authorisation first, then settles. The entry lists the merchant, the amount charged in the local currency, the amount taken from your balance, and any fee. Pending authorisations can take a short time to clear.
The usual causes are an insufficient card balance, a frozen card, a limit reached for your tier, an expired or incorrect detail at checkout, or a merchant category that is not supported. Check the card balance and freeze state first, then retry.
A merchant refund returns to the card it was paid from and appears once the merchant has processed it, which can take several days. The refunded amount is converted at the rate applying when the refund settles, so it may differ slightly from the original charge.
Cancel recurring charges with the merchant directly, since they hold the mandate. Freezing or cancelling the card stops future payments but does not end the agreement, which can leave the subscription unpaid rather than closed.
Businesses can issue cards for company spending alongside their Bitzaro account, with the same balance, controls and transaction records. Contact the team through the chat on this page to set it up.
Bitzaro Invoice lets you bill customers and collect in stablecoins without a bank in the middle. You create an invoice with the amount, customer and due date, share a payment link, and the payment settles into your Bitzaro account with a record and receipt kept for you.
Settling in USDT keeps the amount you billed and the amount you receive the same, with no exposure to price movement between issuing the invoice and being paid. It also means one consistent asset across every network your customers pay from.
Your customer opens the payment link, sees the amount due and the supported networks, and pays from any wallet. The invoice updates to paid once the funds arrive and clear screening, and both sides get a receipt.
The console shows every invoice with its status, who it was billed to, when it was paid and on which network. Team members can be given access to create and track invoices, and records can be exported for accounting.
Getting connected starts with a short call. The team sets up your merchant account, agrees the checks your business needs, and walks you through the console so you can raise your first payment order without writing code.
In the console, create a payment order with the amount and the customer or reference it relates to. WAAS Lite generates the payment details to share, and tracks the order from created through to received.
Payments made against your orders are screened on arrival, then pooled into your merchant balance so you see one clear total rather than scattered addresses. From there you can hold the funds or pay out.
WAAS Lite collects in USDT and USDC across the networks Bitzaro supports, including Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Tron and Solana. Network fees are charged in USDT, so there is no gas token to hold per chain.
Merchants are verified before going live, and every incoming payment is screened for fraud and risk before it settles into your balance. Anything flagged is held for review rather than credited automatically.
The console lists every order and payment with its status, network, amount and timestamp, and totals for the period. Reports can be exported so your finance team can reconcile without chasing block explorers.
Verification accepts a valid government-issued photo ID such as a passport, national ID card or driving licence. The document must be in date, fully visible in frame, and match the name on your account.
Most failures come from glare, blur, a cropped edge, or an expired document. Retake the photo in even light with the whole document in frame, use the original rather than a photocopy, and make sure your selfie matches the ID. If it still fails, contact support.
Your tier is set by how much verification you have completed, and it determines your deposit, withdrawal and card spending limits. Current limits are shown in the app, and completing further verification raises them.
Bitzaro cannot offer accounts or cards in sanctioned and restricted jurisdictions, and card availability varies by country. Sign-up shows whether your country of residence is supported before you complete verification.
Keep two-factor authentication switched on, use an email address only you control, never share one-time codes or card details with anyone, and freeze your card immediately if your phone is lost. Bitzaro staff will never ask you for a code or password.
Be wary of anyone promising guaranteed returns, asking you to move funds on their behalf, or pressuring you to act fast. Common scams include fake support accounts, investment groups and job offers that require a deposit. Verify independently before you send anything.
If you see a transaction you do not recognise, freeze your card and report it straight away through the chat on this page or at support@bitzaro.com. Include the date, amount and any reference so the team can investigate quickly.
Chat with our team from any page, or email support@bitzaro.com. We reply as fast as we can.
